How to Do Backyard Wrestling Moves

Whether it is on a trampoline, mattress or a makeshift wrestling ring, Backyard wrestling is an unconventional sport that increases the violence, unpredictability and entertainment found in usual wrestling organizations like the WWE, ECW and TNA. A lot of emphasis on backyard wrestling is the violence, so learning a few backyard wrestling moves will be very helpful in your potential success as a backyard wrestler.

Instructions

  1. Thumbtack Table Double leg Drop

      Knock your opponent out of the ring with a clothesline so you can set up the move.

      Set up a wooden table towards the corner of the ring.

    • 3

      Lay out a bag of thumbtacks underneath the table.

    • 4

      Grab your opponent and lay them on top of the wooden table.

    • 5

      Climb to the top rope. Jump off the top rope in a sitting position and smash your opponent through the table and in the thumbtacks below by landing your feet in the center of his stomach.

    Lights out

    • 6

      Gather four to eight long fluorescent light bulbs before the match begins. Place them under or near the ring for easy access during the match.

      Knock your opponent down using a dropkick or a clothesline.

    • 8

      Set the light bulbs up all across and parallel to each other in the center of the ring.

      Pick your opponent up and stick his head between your legs.

    • 10

      Lift your opponent up by his hips until he flips over and is above your head. Slam your opponent down on their back, straight onto the light bulbs so that they smash across his back.

    Taking out the Trash

      Distract your opponent long enough to grab an aluminum garbage can.

    • 12

      Place the garbage can over his head.

    • 13

      Bash the garbage can in with multiple chair shots.

    • 14

      Go across the ropes and dropkick the center of the trashcan.

    • 15

      Lift the garbage can off of his head and then smash it right back into his head with the center of the garbage can.

  • Do not attempt any of these moves unless you have been professional trained to do so.
