Things You'll Need

  • 2-3 drops of lavender oil
  • 1 tsp carrier oil
  • aloe-vera gel
  • yogurt
  • lavender water
  • hydrosol

Instructions

    • 1

      Combined lavender oil and carrier oil (sweet-almond oil) and massage onto the sunburned section of the body.

    • 2

      Take a thin coat of yogurt or even aloe-vera gel and apply to the sunburned area.

    • 3

      Take lavender water or hydrosol and place into a spray bottle. Spray freely on all effected areas.
