How to Keep your Romance Sims Happy in The Sims 2
Romance Sims are after one thing: physical contact. They revel in love play, flirting and dating. They abhor commitment and want to have as much fun as they can with as many different Sims as they can. For the Romance Sim, the greatest challenge is making enough time in their day for dating.

Have a First Kiss. Every great lover has to start somewhere. First Kisses can be had as a teen or young adult. While not necessary to start a lifetime of romance, the First Kiss is an important milestone and a big Aspiration for the romantically-inclined.

Get a job in the Slacker Career track. A low-commitment job with little responsibility and few working hours. What better job is there for someone looking to spend every waking free moment on a date? Reaching the top of the Slacker Career will earn your Romance Sim a ton of Aspiration Points.

Woohoo. This is the single thing your Romance Sim will want to do more than anything else. They will want to do it as often as possible, in as many different places as possible with as many different Sims as possible. Some great locations for this include dressing rooms, hammocks and cars.

Find some more "Friends with Benefits." Romance Sims can't stand being intimate with just one other Sim; they need to have a selection of Sims to choose from. The best Sims for this are other Romance Sims (most other Sim Aspirations are monogamous) but any Sim will do. Being in love with multiple Sims at once will be a big scoring Aspiration for your Romance Sim.

5
Get the Love Tub. This is an Aspiration Reward that your Sim can purchase with enough Aspiration Points. It is a hot tub that lets Sims get to know each other faster. It is very handy for turning your Romance Sim's Friends into "Friends with Benefits."

Never let your Romance Sim get engaged or married. They can't stand being committed to just one Sim.
