How to Remove Foot Odor
Our feet have more sweat glands that do other parts of our body. Therefore, they are one of the areas of our body that sweat more than others. Because they are often covered in socks and shoes, the sweat gets trapped and can not evaporate. The trapped sweat, combined with bacteria, leads to foot odor. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Wash your feet every day using warm water and a mild soap. Dry your feet thoroughly paying special attention to the areas between your toes.
-
2
Change your socks at least once or twice a day. You might need to change your shoes, too, if your feet are sweating badly.
-
-
3
Wear thick, soft socks made of a natural fiber, such as wool or cotton, to wick the sweat away from your skin. Choose shoes made from leather, canvas and other breathable materials.
-
4
Dust your feet frequently with a foot powder. Moisture-absorbing foot powders are commercially sold that also function as an antibacterial and antifungal.
-
5
Mix white vinegar and warm water in a 50/50 solution. Soak your feet in the solution for 10 to 20 minutes to remove odor.
-
6
Set your shoes in the sun to air out when you aren't wearing them. The sun helps to kill off bacteria and fungus that may be inside of the shoes.
-
7
See your doctor if your attempts to control your foot odor do not work. The odor could be a sign of a bacterial infection. If no infection is present, your doctor can prescribe medications to help control the odor.
