Things You'll Need
- 1 cup distilled water
- 5 tsp. of vodka
- Oil flavors and varieties of your choosing

Place the alcohol in a large pot. Turn on the stove and turn the burner to a low heat level. Bring the oil to a heated state but not simmering or boiling. Slowly stir in the oil one drop at a time. This will take some time but it must be done.

Continue to stir the mixture until all the oil is mixed in and dispersed. Remove from heat and cover. Let stand without being touched or disturbed for at least 48 hours. After the time has passed remove the cover and get some distilled water.

Slowly stir in the distilled water until it mixes completely with the alcohol and oil. Now set the mixture aside again covered but this time for at least three weeks. Perfume is like wine and must mature to be at its peak of perfection.

Pour the mixture through a coffee filter once you have allowed it to sit for several weeks. This will help sift out any sediment that has collected or formed. Then pour the mixture into a beautiful bottle and place a cork in it.
