3. Find support. There are numerous support groups online and in your city that can give you a chance to talk, to lean and to cry when neccessary. Find support within your family and friends. Be wary of those who will be contradictory to your situation with negativity and jaded realism.

4. Set goals and dates. Setting goals, such as the next visit or the next phone call, will give you both something to look forward to, rather than allow your marriage to sink into mire and gloom. Keep a mutual calendar.

5. Reinforce your marriage. Surround yourself with items that remind you of your love for one another. Keep photos, items, letters and other mementos of the relationship that you two are fighting for.
