- Blender
- 1 oz. orange juice
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 apple
- Small handful strawberries
- Small handful grapes
- Natural honey
- Cucumber slices
- Apple cider vinegar
- Distilled water

Place the orange juice, pear, apple, strawberries and grapes into the blender. On medium speed, allow the blender to completely mix the fruits to form a thin paste-like substance.

Apply a thin coat of natural honey on your face, making sure to cover to the edges of your hairline, around the sides of your face, and under your chin down to your throat. Your throat is one of the most problematic spots in regard to showing aging and should not be left out of the treatment.

Spread the fruit mixture onto your face, over the honey, letting it saturate your skin with its fortifying nutrients for at least 30 minutes.

Place two cucumber slices over your eyes while you relax for the duration of the treatment, which not only intensifies the spa relaxation mood, but it also serves to relieve any eye tension while nurturing the sensitive skin around your eyes.
