Buying a bottle of perfume can be a big investment. A good fragrance can cost upwards of a hundred dollars of more. Perfumes like Chanel, Escada, Vera Wang, Dior and Armani can be expensive. So you need to be sure it’s the right scent for you before dropping that much cash. One great way of testing a perfume is to purchase a sample online.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Determine which fragrances you want to sample before choosing. There are hundreds of perfumes available, and it would be impossible to go online and select a sample without first smelling. Visit your favorite perfume department, smell their samples and write down your favorites.

  2. Step 2

Find a webstore like Parfums Raffy that specializes in perfume samples. Look at the various types and brands that are available to be sampled from the site.

  3. Step 3

Search the webstores to find the specific fragrances you are most interested in. There will be a shopping cart you can add the different samples to, so you can pay for them all at once when you are finished.

  4. Step 4

Click on the button that gives you the option to check out. Here you will be asked to give your name and credit card information. Enter your credit card and expiration date once you have double checked that you have all the proper samples ordered.

  5. Step 5

Input your address in the checkout area as well. This will allow the samples to be sent directly to you. Be sure to put a current address and to note if it is different than the billing address for your credit card.
