Step 1
Open and run the application. You will need to left-click on the application icon in order to run the program. If you do not have a copy of this program you can get a free copy by using the resources links below.

Access the web hosting control panel. To access the web hosting control panel, scroll to the “Tools” tab on the command bar and select “Web Hosting Control Panel.”

Sign in to the web hosting control panel. Once you have opened the web hosting control panel, you will need to sign in with the username and password that you have designated for your Yahoo web hosting account. Enter the username and password into the corresponding fields and click “Okay” to log in.

Use the web hosting control panel. Under the web hosting control panel there are several options. The “Home” tab allows you to view your daily website traffic and detailed traffic reports. The “Email” tab allows you to set up additional email address that are linked to your website URL, simply by clicking “Add an Email Address” and filling out a few short fields. The “Create and Update” tab allows you to add important website tools like implementing a Wordpress blog, adding easy file management tools and offering a variety of beginner learning resources. The “Manage” tab allows you to add or remove files from the website server, password protect specific domains, sub domains and pages and create online snapshot backups of your website.

Use the “Promote” tab to submit your website URL to all the major search engines in one click, send a grand opening or website launch email and create a Yahoo local listing for your website, and or business. The “Help” tab contains a detailed help menu to assist you with any and all functions of the web hosting control panel. Finally, the “Index” tab provides an alphabetical index of all of the features and functions provided in the web hosting control panel.
