Do you ever have problems with indigestion or stomach pains after eating a meal? Papaya enzymes could be a nice and affordable answer for you.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Papaya Enzymes
Step1
Many people have occasional heartburn or indigestion pains. Others of us, like myself, have a much more regular program with the symptoms of GERD, or acid reflux. The symptoms include heartburn, indigestion after eating, excessive belching, and even a sore throat. Whether you have occasional heartburn, or you have a more serious digestion problem, papaya enzymes are very likely to help you.
Step2
Go to your local health food store, or vitamin store. Places like Vitamin World, GNC, etc. will carry Papaya enzymes. Look in the digestion or digestive aid areas for papaya enzymes.
Step3
One of the biggest perks about papaya enyzymes is that they are very cheap relative to many other herbs or supplements. I recently bought 180 tablets for just $3, so they are certainly very reasonable.
Step4
The enzymes do not need to be refrigerated, the bottle can simply sit out at room temperature.
Step5
Papaya enzymes help aid the digestive system the most if they are taken directly after a meal. The tablets are generally chewable and have a very pleasant taste. Chew 3 or 4 at once after a large meal, and it will help keep heartburn at bay. It's a cheap and easy way to stave off indigestion and heartburn pains!

Tips & Warnings

  • Don't overpay for these, they should be very inexpensive.
  • If you have a serious stomach ailment papaya enzymes alone will not heal your system, but they can still help.
