Need to lose weight immediately? Here you'll learn a diet that doctors use with patients that are about to have surgery. They need them to lose large amounts of weight to make the procedure safer.
At the end of the 9 days, if you follow the steps correctly, you will have lost up to 18 pounds.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • rice supply for 3 days
  • chicken supply for 3 days
  • apples supply for 3 days
  1. Step 1

Basically, this diet is about focusing on one type of food and eating it during 3 days straight, only that specific food with nothing else. The more you follow these instructions the more weight you’ll lose.

  2. Step 2

From day 1 to 3 you will only eat rice. Boil it with a little salt if you want and nothing else. You can eat it as much as you want at any time of the day, eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner with no restrictions.

  3. Step 3

Day 4 to 6 it’s all about chicken. You can boil or grill the chicken. Do not eat the skin, and no extra condiments. Drink lots of water and eat as much chicken as you want. For breakfast, lunch and dinner with no restrictions.

  4. Step 4

Days 7 to 9 should be the hardest. You can only eat apples for 3 days. Any time as much as you want to. You can cook it somehow or eat it as it is. Drink lots of water.

Tips & Warnings
  • I followed this diet 2 times in my life. I recommend following it exactly as it is, BUT I have to mention that when I do it I add some things to the diet, for example, I drink tea with splenda in the morning, I add some low fat cheese to the rice and put ketchup to the chicken. I still lost like 12 pounds instead of 18. This is me, you body may work differently. But if you don’t want to lose the whole 18 pounds, this may help get trough the diet more easily.
  • drink lots and lots of water!
  • follow this diet only once every two months.
  • When you are finish with it, don't over eat! Follow a healthy diet so you don't gain the whole 18 pound in one week!
  • If you have any kind of disease, this diet might not be healthful for you. if you have any doubt please see a doctor before you risk your life. This is not recommended for people that are in their correct weight type.
  • It is only recommended to lose 2 pounds a week to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Before starting this diet evaluate what are your long term goals, and your health.

i'm on the last day of chicken and i want to share with you how was my diet.

day 1-for me was the hardest maybe it was because i ate whole rice i felt wick and had headack so i suggest to start with regilar rice.

day 2- after i ate only 2 small plat of rice i was'nt angry at all
day 3- i felt like on day 2.
day 4- i ate chicken and during the 3 days i felt good and not so angry, and when i were angry i eat the chickan and i felt full.

tomorrow i'm going to start the 3 days of apples.

i lost 5 pounds i was 129 now i'm 125 my goal is 121.

it is realy hard for me to skip the coffee in the morning (with milk) so i did drink every morning a cup of coffee with milk no sweet.

maybe that is the reson that i didnt lose more pounds. but i'm o.k with that cause 18 pounds i will be to much
