Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
Step1
Lick your lips. You want your lips to be moist and slippery. This will allow your tongue more flexibility, which will help you roll it. One quick lick is all it really takes to adequately wet your lips.
Step2
Swallow any excess saliva. Immediately after you lick your lips, swallow. You want the inside of your mouth to be moist, but not dripping wet. If you have a lot of saliva, you could drip spit when you stick out your tongue.
Step3
Stick out your tongue. Nothing fancy here, just stick out your tongue like your normally would. Point the tip of your tongue and gently surround the outside of it with your lips.
Step4
Pull the sides of your tongue up and in with your tongue muscles. Here is where you will immediately know if you have the tongue rolling skill. If you are able to lift the sides of your tongue with it's muscles, you can roll your tongue. If you don't have that type of muscle agility, tongue rolling is not for you.
Step5
Hold your tongue in place by puckering your lips.Your tongue roll will stay in place by tightly surrounding it with your mouth. This will resemble a kissing face with a tongue right in the middle.
