1
Add the oatmeal to the blender and process it until it has the consistency of gritty sand. If your blender has a “chop” option, use that option. Otherwise, blend on high until this consistency is obtained.
-
2
Add the milk, honey and unscented lotion to the chopped oatmeal in the blender. Use the lowest setting on your blender to mix these ingredients into a fine paste.

-
3
Find a place to sit where you can prop your feet up for a while. You don’t want to worry about tracking oatmeal paste all over your house.
-
4
Apply the mixture liberally to both feet. Sit back and relax for 10 to 15 minutes. It is fine to leave the mixture on for longer if you wish, especially if your feet are extra tired. The important thing is to allow the cream to remain on your feet for at least 10 minutes so that it will have time to work.
-
5
Massage the oatmeal cream into your feet for two to three minutes. This will increase the exfoliation benefit of the mixture and help the circulation of your feet.
-
6
Wash the mixture off your feet and pat them dry with a towel. Discard any leftover mixture.

Tips & Warnings
If your feet are swollen or need a bit more pampering, mix the cream a few hours before use and refrigerate it. This added coolness will help ease the swelling and take the redness out of overworked feet.
