A traditional Pisco Sour recipe is 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 glass of Pisco, juice of 6 limes, chopped ice and angostura bitters. Beat the egg white and sugar in a blender and add the Pisco, lime juice, ice and a shot of angostura bitters. Mix well and pour into shot glasses.
