Take a trip to the grocery store together. Let everyone choose his or her favorite nutritious foods, and remind one another to avoid the junk food aisles.

on 12/2/2008 Do not ever think you can splurge! Keep working out, because that's when you lose those extra 10 pounds you've been working on forever. Stay consistent. Don't ever let the failures of others in your family choose your destiny in losing weight.
