Avoid washing grapes before storing them.

Check through bunches for spoiled grapes and remove them.

Put the grapes in a plastic bag in your refrigerator. Store them for no longer than a week.

Wash the grapes under cold water just before serving.

Tips & Warnings
Freeze grapes for a hot-weather snack.
To peel grapes (if you want to use them in fruit salad, for example), drop them into boiling water for a couple of seconds, then drain them and immerse them in cold water. The skins should rub off.
Keep grapes away from small children. Grapes are easy to choke on.

I will think its better to clean them before when freezing them since if u wash them afterwards might not be so refreshing... in the summer I put a handfull of freshly washed grapes into the freezer in the morning and eat them on the afternoon or from one day to another, the grapes can have a good shape and color for like a week or so on the freezer but after a while they turn kinda ripe or change colors if left in there for a month or more.
