- Personal Organizers
- Cameras

- Cameras
-
Step 1
Decide on a price range for which you will sell your house. (Buy a home comparable report to help you in your decision.)
-
Step 2
Ask your real estate agent, if you have one, if he or she has an Internet site that sells houses. Otherwise, visit the International Real Estate Directory (IRED) for a listing of For-Sale-By-Owners (FSBO, pronounced 'fizzbo') sites.
-
Step 3
Select the listing package that allows you to showcase your property as best you can and within your budget.
-
Step 4
Fill out an online form, providing information such as price, a text description and contact information.
-
Step 5
Ask if you can e-mail a scanned photograph of your home or if you can mail a photo to be scanned for you (the latter might cost you a small fee). The photo will then be incorporated into the website.
-
Step 6
Check for listing expiration and renewal dates, and keep careful track of these.

on 7/22/2007 Take advantage of a new for sale by owner website, fast-house.com. They can give you a rock bottom listing with unlimited picture uploads, and attractive website for your house. And since there relatively new, you get a rock bottom price.
