How to Backflip on a Trampoline
A trampoline is a great piece of exercise equipment for both adults and kids to enjoy. You must be careful when using one though, as some people have had accidents where they have fallen off the trampoline and onto the ground. You can do forward flips, backward flips and just general bouncing around. Learn how you can do a back flip on a trampoline.

Stretch and warm up before jumping on the trampoline. You will want your legs and arms to be limber and flexible when you are bouncing and doing flips on the trampoline.

Start by bouncing and dropping onto the trampoline on your buttocks first. Stand up and drop again so you can get use to the feeling of the trampoline.

Practice jumping higher on the trampoline. Get used to how it feels and try to achieve more balance as you continue to bounce. Try lifting your legs or doing star jumps for flexibility.

Work on your back flip by jumping as high as you can and then arching your back as you jump. As soon as you get high enough, let your legs swing over you as the do a backwards somersault.

Practice the back flip as many times as you can until you get it perfect. Keep your balance and be aware of the size of the trampoline and what you have to work with.

Keep someone around when you are doing this flip. This person can help if you fall off the trampoline.
