How to Add Lyrics to Youtube Videos?

This How-To article will show you how you can add lyrics to Youtube videos on youtube website. You need Firefox browser 2 or 3. You need to add Greasemonkey add-on to firefox.

Things You’ll Need:

• Firefox 2 or 3
• Greasemonkey Add On

1. You need to open this how-to article in Firefox. Click on ‘GREASEMONKEY ADD ON’ direct link in resource section of this article. This will prompt add-on installation for Greasemonkey. (Resource section is after step 6. The add-on can also be installed by different methods, I selected the method which is most user friendly.)
2. Click on ‘Install’, this will install the add-on to firefox. Firefox will prompt you to restart the browser. Restart firefox.
3. Next, you need to install greasemonkey script for youtube lyrics. The ‘YOUTUBE LYRICS SCRIPT’ direct link is in Resource section of this article. Click on the link and you will be prompted to install the script. Click on 'Install'.
4. Go to www.youtube.com. Search for any music video. Now, you can see ‘Lyrics’ just above ‘Related Videos’ on Youtube.com. , check the lyrics drop down menu. It will search and find the lyrics for the music videos.
5. If it cannot find the lyrics, you can search from 10 different lyrics sites right from drop-down menu. You can also save your favorite lyrics website for next search.
6. It will also show all the similar results in drop down menu.
