Tips & Warnings
Stay away from smoking, coffee, beets, and other things that stain your teeth.
Be sure to use drug store hydrogen peroxide with a strength of about 3 percent. Stronger hydrogen peroxide can be dangerous to rinse with.
If it sits for too long, hydrogen peroxide can lose strength. If your bottle is really old, consider buying a new one.
