How to Make a Master Bowman in Maple Story

Maple Story is a free Massive Multi-player Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG). Unlike other games, you begin the game as a normal person. You spend your first nine character levels learning game mechanics and basic skills. Out of the beginning character classes, the archer is the weakest. Patience and strategy are required to grow your character from an Archer to a Master Bowman.

Instructions

1. Create your character. Re-roll your stats until you have both an Intelligence and Luck of Four. As he gains levels, your character will spend stat points on Strength and Dexterity. These are an Archer's primary stats. Characters gain five stat points per level. Your character needs 15 Strength and 25 Dexterity by 10th level to become an Archer.

2. Take the taxi to Henesys and enter Mushroom Park. Travel far right until your character reaches the last building. Speak to Athena Pierce to become an Archer. Your Archer can still use a melee weapon until level 20. Conserve spending to purchase archery equipment.

3. Battle foes in the Mushroom Garden and the East Hills. Bows and other equipment have a minimum Strength requirement. Your character's Strength should be five points higher than your character level. Return to Athena when your Archer reaches level 30.

4. Travel east of Henesys near the Sleepywood dungeon. Talk to the guide and she will teleport you to your next challenge. Battle foes collecting 30 dark marbles. Return to Athena to receive your promotion to Hunter. During your adventures, save one Dark Crystal before your next promotion.

5. Visit El Nath when your character reaches level 70. Look for the Chief Residence and speak to Rene and then see Athena, who now lives on Victoria Island. Your task is to defeat her evil clone. This mission has a 20-minute time limit. Adventure until your character reaches level 120.

6. Return to El Nath and visit Rene. She gives you a letter of recommendation. Give the letter to the instructor in Leafre. Hunt the Griffey and Manon to find a Heroic Pentagon and Heroic Star. Your character is now a Bow Master.
