How to Shave Your Arms

Many people prefer the look and feel of having a shaved arm. While it's not as simple as shaving your legs, it's still quite easy.

Things You'll Need:

• Good razor
• Shaving gel

How to Shave Your Arms

1. Wet the arm that you are going to shave first. Do one arm at a time.

2. Put a quarter sized amount of shaving gel in your hand and rub it onto your entire arm from your wrist all the way up to your shoulder.

3. Put your arm straight out so that the palm of your hand is facing downward. Shave the top of your forearm, starting at the wrist and shaving to your elbow. Rinse out the razor.

4. Flip your arm over so that your palm is facing upwards. Shave the underside of your forearm, starting at the wrist and shaving to your elbow. Rinse out the razor.

5. Bend your elbow so that your fingertips are facing up in the air and turn your arm so that your thumb is the closest finger to your face and your pinky finger is the furthest from your face. Shave the side of your forearm that is facing toward you. Rinse out the razor.

6. Keep your arm bent so that your fingertips are facing upward. Turn your arm so that your palm is facing toward you. Shave the other side of your arm. Rinse out the razor.

7. Next shave going from the crook of your elbow up to your shoulder. Rinse out razor.

8. Repeat steps 1 through 7 for the other arm.

Tips & Warnings

• Be careful navigating the bones by your wrist and by your elbow. If you're not careful you could cut yourself.
