Step 1
Understand your body. If you are a pre-adolescent girl trying to add weight to these regions, the best thing for you to do is wait a few years before attempting to sculpt yourself. During the teenage years our bodies change constantly and trying to regulate that is usually futile.
-
Step 2
Know the risks. Weight gain is a Pandora’s box of sorts. Your body has a way that it wants to be. If it wants to be thin, then it’s going to be thin, unless you trick it to be otherwise. However, unless you have exceptional metabolic circumstances, once you start pushing your body in one direction, it’s hard to get it to agree that enough is enough. There are health risks to weight gain, so you should consult your doctor before you attempt to gain weight.

Step 3
Gain weight healthily. There are two ways to add to your cup size and give your back-end some curve. Unhealthy weight gain is based upon a diet or lifestyle conducive to fat cells, which often find their first homes on a woman’s body in the breast and hip region. Consider a workout regimen that focuses on exercises geared toward those regions. You will not actually be creating larger breasts, but instead building muscle underneath them to give that appearance. Build your chest muscles by increasing the weight load on bench presses. Build your butt muscles by increasing the weight load on leg extensions.

Step 4
Eat more and let your body store the extra weight. This may not be the desired appearance you're seeking. But by gaining a few pounds, women tend to naturally increase the size of their butt and bust.
