How to Determine Bra Size
As many as 60 percent of women are currently buying -- and wearing -- the wrong bra size. If your bra feels like it's slipping and sliding or digging into your flesh, chances are you might be wearing the wrong size bra. Follow these simple steps to determine your correct bra size!
Instructions
-
-
1
Remove your shirt and put on your most comfortable bra. Alternatively, remove your top and your bra.
-
2
Measure around your ribcage directly under your breasts using the paper tape measure. Write this number down.
-
-
3
Add five to the number you have written down; this is your bra size.
-
4
Use the paper tape measure to measure the area around your chest over and including the fullest part of your bust. Write this number down.
-
5
Subtract your bra size from Step 3 and subtract it from the number in Step 4. This will help you determine your cup size. If the difference is 0 to 1/2 inch, your cup size is AA. If the difference is 1/2 to 1 inch, your cup size is A. If the difference is 1 to 2 1/2 inches, your cup size is B. If the difference is 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 inches, your cup size is C. If the difference is 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 inches, your cup size is D. For every additional inch, simply go up one cup size.

You shouldn't add anything to the underbust measurement! Just round it to the nearest even number. This told me I should be wearing a 34A, but I actually wear a 30E!! Big Difference! -
