Things You’ll Need:

  • Champagne flutes
  • Cava Sparkling Wine
  • Creme de Cassis
  • Fresh rasberries
  • Cocktail cherries

Get Started

Step1
Fill the champagne flute two-thirds to the top with chilled Cava.
Step2
Measure one shot of crème de cassis liqueur and very slowly pour it into the glass until it achieves a blush or rose color.
Step3
Garnish your drink with a fresh raspberry or cocktail cherry. Serve chilled.
