How to Make Garlic Butter Squash

Things You'll Need
- 1 Squash
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic grated
- Dash of Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- Frying Pan
- Lid
- Knife

Wash your squash under the kitchen faucet.

Use your knife to cut the squash into thin slices. Leave the skin on the squash.

Add your squash slices to the frying pan and add some water. Place the lid over the squash and allow to cook for 10 minutes or until the squash is tender. Squash should be cooking on medium heat.

Drain the water out of the frying pan and return in to the heat. Add butter and wait for it to melt.

Add garlic, salt, and pepper and give it about 3-5 minutes for the flavors to combine.

Remove from the heat and place in a serving dish. Set on the table and serve hot.

Tips & Warnings
If you run out of garlic cloves you can substitute with garlic powder.
Do not use margarine instead of butter for this recipe. It lacks the flavor needed to make this dish taste it's best.
