If you are looking for a great side dish that your kids will absolutely love you have come to the right place. Kids love potato casserole. The instructions below will tell you exactly how to make potato casserole.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 can of Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg of frozen tater tot potatoes
  • 2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese shredded
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Casserole dish
  • Spoon
  • Oven

Ready Your Oven

Step1
Preheat your oven. Use the standard 350 degrees.
Step2
Get out your mixing bowl and carefully combine frozen tater tots, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, and one cup of the shredded cheese.
Step3
Begin spooning the mixture into your casserole dish. Spread it out as evenly as you can.
Step4
Take your last cup of shredded cheese and cover the top of your tater tot mixture.
Step5
Place your casserole dish in the oven and cook for one hour.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you don't like cream of mushroom soup, try one of Campbell's other condensed soups such as cream of celery or cream of chicken.
  • Make sure you use pot holders when taking your potato casserole out of the oven to prevent burns.
