    Do you whisk a lot or a little??! I so want to get this right for next time :{ where did I go wrong?...please advise. (P.s. I can't cook-but at least I try...and try and try again:)

    tried it...and failed. The batter looked good, but tasted discusting! I may have failed for this reason - as I was making 2 cod portions, I halved the cups tsps but not the egg....which resulted in my batter being fluffy and tasting like flour & eggy - just awful. :{
