For a healthier burger, nothing works better than a lean cut of ground turkey. Spice it up to satisfy even the most voracious meat eaters. It's sure to be a hit at your next barbecue!
Things You'll Need
- Pepper (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
- Finely chopped onion- about 1/4 cup
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 4 burger buns
- Pan spray
