Write down all the terms of the agreement. A service contract is not a legal document so you don't have to worry about using legalese when writing it up. It is more important that all details are clear to both parties.

Step 4
Initial any changes that are made to the contract at the time of signing. Both parties should initial the changes.

Step 5
List any and all reasons that could void the contract, such as unmet deadlines or incomplete services. State any consequences or fees that can result from poor service.
-
Step 6
Type the contract neatly and leave spaces for signatures and dates. While this contract may not hold up in court if you have a dispute, it will help your case if it is clear and understandable and everyone has signed it.
