Instructions

    • 1

Wash your face. Do you use products that strip the natural oils from your skin? If so, try a less invasive cleanser such as Cetaphil. You can use this cleanser to remove make up (massaging in the cleanser and using a Kleenex to wipe off your make up) or you can use it as a cleanser, rinsing it off with luke warm water.

After cleansing thoroughly, moisturize morning and night. Some dermatologists and skincare specialists suggest using two different kinds of moisturizers--a deep moisturizer for the night, since when you sleep your skin soaks up all the nutrients. In the daytime, a lightweight moisturizer works best.

In the evening, after cleansing and moisturizing, spray a thin layer or Evian mist, found at the apothecary at Macy's or at Sephora.

    • 4

Let your skin breathe! At least one day a week, possibly over the weekend, go makeup free. Spray the Evian spray throughout the day and drink extra water. You skin will have a glowing result!

Tips & Warnings

  • Always wash with luke warm water. If you skin is sensitive, warm water enlarges pores and cold water shrinks them. Stick with neutral, luke warm temperature.

  • Only spread a thin layer of moisturizer on your face.
