How to effectively brainstorm in a group setting.

Rather you are with a group of adults or children and are trying to come up with idea, their most be an order to be effective in group brain storming. Following is steps to take to keep your group in a effective mode and come up with great ideas.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Appoint someone to write down everyone ideas as they are said.
Step2
Ask everyone in the group to throw out their idea, no matter how crazy they may seem.
Step3
Do not stop on one idea, yet. Wait to look at all the ideas together. Make sure no one is criticized for their ideas.
Step4
When the group is done with their suggestions, have everyone rate each idea from one to ten. Talk about the ideas with the highest scores first.
Step5
Be open to all the ideas the group gives. The best idea may be a combination of a couple of the ideas given. Be positive.
