A model's job is to look great physically so she can help companies sell makeup, clothing, perfume and other beauty items. Models have amazing bodies and skin, and many women aspire to look like them. It may seem like models are naturally beautiful, but looking that good actually requires a lot of planning and hard work. Drink plenty of water. Experts recommend you drink 8 to 12 cups of water a day. This keeps your skin naturally hydrated.

Eat a balanced diet. Incorporate lots of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats and whole grains.
