How to Find Email Addresses

Have you ever been frustrated by not knowing a friend's email? Or had your computer crash and lose your contacts? Try these simple tips to save you from a heart attack!

• Internet connection
• Time

1. I just found one website that saves the researcher a lot of time. It is The Ultimate Email Directory. http://www.theultimates.com/email--This website has 6 directories on one page.

2. The directories are yahoo,whowhere, IAF,Infospace,Bigfoot, and Switchboard. Type in the name you are searching for in each of these directories and see if there are any positive results.

3. Don't forget to do a search in all the major search engines for your person. Many times I have found an email thru colleges, school districts or the person's work.

Tips & Warnings

• Keep trying
• Remember you can always call the person or use snail mail
• Don't forget business cards now have emails.
