When you are true to your assigned work, your destiny will be true to you. If currently you are out of work, then make finding the appropriate work your full-time job. If you can't find work that suits you, it may be time for you to take the leap into entrepreneurship that you always dreamed of. Before, you did not have the courage to quit your job and lose that regular paycheck. Often desperate situations provoke dramatic actions.

  • Always have a mindset to prepare for the worst. You will look back on it and say it was worth it.
  • Have faith in the Lord that whatever you go into you will persevere and come out on the top.
  1. Step 1

    File immediately for unemployment benefits. Don't wait employers take these services out of your check while you are working anyway its your right.

    Make finding a new job your new job. Use all resources available (intranet, networking, emails, and contacts). Be ready to relocate.

  2. Step 2

    Reduce all expenses to a bare minimum. Unnecessary shopping and leisure activities need to be reduced. No the difference between a need and a necessity. Paying your mortgage/rent up is a must. Having a place to stay is first.

  3. Step 3

    Reposition your portfolio. instead of retirement, you may need the cash available to move or relocate to new job. Talk to your financial planner before it's too late. Seek a Home Equity Loan to cover expenses.
    Having 3-6 months of income is vital to your survival while unemployed.

  • Donate/sale any excess junk around the house you will be surprised

  • Don't burn your bridges
  • Try not to make really big decisions right away
