First, make sure you're using the right mascara. If the package mentions "lash lengthening" that's a plus. I like Loreal's Lash Out mascara, but there are lots of good brands in a price range for every budget.

Next, try the mascara trick that will add oomph to your eyelashes. Using the end of the mascara wand, touch just the tips of your top lashes with mascara. Be sure to get the lashes at the outer corners of your eyes. Skip your bottom lashes; spidery-looking bottom lashes look too dated.

Let dry. If you see any big mascara clumps on the tips of your lashes, you overdid it. No problem, just clean up the clump with an eyelash comb.

Now apply mascara as usual to the entire length of your lashes. The tips of your lashes will have a little extra bulk to give them more oomph. Your eyes will pop!

Tips & Warnings
Try curling your eyelashes first to make them more visible.
Do the top lashes only. Too much mascara on your bottom lashes looks dated.
