Things You'll Need:
- T-Mobile Shadow / Windows Mobile Phone

Step 1
Power the Shadow off

Step 2
Hold down the two soft buttons (The two right under the screen)

Step 3
While still holding the two soft buttons, turn on your device

Step 4
There should be a quick menu that pops up asking if you want to reset it. Say yes, let it reboot.

Step 5
It will then start restoring your phone to defaults

on 3/3/2009 Glad i can help :)just a quick note, if you have HTC Touch Pro (ATT Fuze) you can press volume down, enter (middle button) then hit the reset switch with stylus, keep holding until it show the message to hard reset your phone.
