Entering the dating world during your teenage years can be stressful, for girls and guys alike. Many teenage guys are unsure about how to go about taking a girl on a date, where to go or what to do.

1
Give your date the opportunity to pick the place. This will show her that you respect her opinions. If she doesn't want to pick the date destination, choose something that will allow the two of you to relax and have fun. Miniature golf, a comedy film or eating pizza at an arcade are some examples.
-
2
Dress appropriately. There is probably no need to dress in slacks and a formal shirt, but leave the jeans with holes in your closet. Girls like guys who take pride in their appearance.
-
-
3
Act yourself. Even if you project a personality different from usual and she likes it, your true self will come out eventually. It might not be what she expected.
-
4
Remember your manners. If you meet her parents, call them "Mister" and "Missus." In addition, say "please," "thank you" and "you're welcome" to your date and her parents.
-
5
Ask your date questions about herself. It's all right to talk about you too, of course. But, be careful not to monopolize the conversation. Compliment her a few times throughout the date. Things like personality or her outfit are safe subjects. On a first date, try not to compliment her on particular parts of her body, as this could make her uncomfortable.
-
6
Be attentive what your date is saying to you during your conversations together. Try not to let your attention wander or it will appear that you have no interest in her at all.

Tips & Warnings
Try to relax and just have a good time. If you are nervous or uptight, your date will notice that and it could make your time together uncomfortable.
