For anyone going into the fitness world, the right clothing can make all of the difference. One must have clothing that is comfortable, cooling when needed and warming when required.

  1. Step 1

    Find clothing that fits well. This means that one should be able to move easily and there should be no bunching or pulling in the clothing.

  2. Step 2

    Buy clothing for the weather. If the weather is cold, purchase clothing that will assist in the keeping of warm. If the weather is warm, purchase clothing to keep the body cool.

  3. Step 3

    Remember, it is not about fashion. Do not worry if the cloth makes people look at you. They are probably looking at how fit you are anyway.

  • The best clothing is clothing you feel comfortable in.
  • NEVER choose clothing that is too tight!
