Step 1
Using the paper write out the rule list (this is necessary so that the drunker people get, they still will be able to participate)
The list basically lists all the numbers and faces of the cards, and a rule that goes along with them.
Ex
1-Social (everyone drinks)
2-Chicks drink
3-Guys drink
4-You (person who picks the card points to a drinker)
5-Me (person who drew the card, drinks)
6-Date (pick a person who will have to drink every time you drink)
7-Bust a rhyme (start a rhyme, and go around in the circle...the one who messes up has to drink...tip use words like "orange" & "purple.")
8-waterfall (everyone stands up...& all at once start drinking...you're not allowed to stop your chug until the person clockwise from you has...dealer is allowed to stop first!)
9-heaven (all must raise hands...last person to do so, drinks)
10-hell (all must touch the floor...last person to do so, drinks)
Jack-Question...person who drew the card asks anyone a question...that person must then ask another person a random question...first person to mess up by either answering the question, or not being able to think of a question drinks.
Queen-category: person who picked the card picks a random category, players must then go around and around the circle until someone is unable to say something that belongs in the category.
King-King cup...you must pour a decent amount into the king cup...whoever draws the last king must drink up!
Ace-Make a rule-person who picked up the card must make a rule that everyone needs to abide by for the rest of the game...rules are dangerous but exciting! (examples: anytime a person says the word "drink" they must remove an article of clothing...the options are endless!) -
Step 2
Shuffle cards and place in a ring, face down around the King cup

Step 3
Sit in a circle around the cards, pick a person to start, and start drawing cards and following the set up rules!
