Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- A good mystery game
- guests that will show up and play along
- 2 1/2-3 hours of time to play
- a great 3-4 course meal
Step1
Make your gusts list first This way, you will be sure how many players you need for the evening. There are games at http://www.youdunitproductions.com/games.html that have different themes and numbers of players.
Step2
Plan at least 2-3 weeks in advance If you give yourself this time, you won't rush yourself to shop, get a menu together, think of your costume, etc.
Step3
When you get your game look over the host guide. The guide will give you very detailed instructions to help your planning more fun and easy.
Step4
Encourage your guests to dress up in costume The game is so much more fun when everyone gets into it by dressing up.
Step5
Pictures! Take pictures of your party during game play. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy. Give them a set of pictures to remember the party by which will in turn help them remember their evening. Get some free web space and post them on the site.
Step6
Give away a prize! Encourage paricipation by giving a prize for correctly guessing the killer. Youdunit Productions includes awards certificates with every game for best costume, best actor, and sleuth just for fun!
