The Two-Legged Around the World hacky sack move is similar to the basic Around the World move, but it's considerably more complicated, and involves both feet. Even expert hacky sack players aren't successful with the Two-Legged Around the World move every time, but the more you practice, the more proficient you will become.

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Take a deep breathe and relax. Concentrate only on learning the move and clear your mind of other thoughts. Remember to breathe through your nose.

  2. Step 2

Drop the footbag in front of you. Use the inside of the foot to catch it by lowering your foot slightly in a rocking motion. It helps to imagine that the hacky sack is a water balloon or a raw egg. Continue this basic movement until you feel balanced and ready to move ahead to the Two-Legged Around the World move.

  3. Step 3

Kick the footbag up into the air and jump as you bring the right foot over the ball very quickly. As you jump, bring your left foot over rapidly and catch the footbag on your left toe.

  4. Step 4

Pop the footbag back into the air back to your right toe, and repeat the trick again. Keep practicing until it becomes one fluid motion.

Tips & Warnings
  • Keeping your foot level is an important factor in successful hacky sack moves. If this causes you difficulty, practice bouncing the footbag against the wall, working to keep your foot level.
  • Don't get discouraged. The Two-Legged Around the World is difficult, but if you can stay relaxed and focused, and keep practicing, you will eventually master the move.
