on 2/26/2009 First of all monkeys can makes wonderful pets! It is how they are raised. As for food, canned primate diet and canned or powdred marmoset diet is a must. Both are avaiable on mi=onkeyneeds.com as well as information on care of primate. Chimps are NOT moneys and not all monkeys can be classified into one group. on 11/22/2005 Our Spider Monkey "Paco" loves fruit, but also remember they need fiber and a balanced diet to ensure health. Crunchy treats are good for keeping their teeth clean. Beware of digestive problems caused by too much sweet fruit!
