Things You'll Need:
- carb loaded diet to burn calories and a bit of lethargy, for motivation
-
Step 1
Get into the habit of stretching it will adjust you to the space you are in when exercising it is the focus of your body as a machinery being tuned as opposed to a mind being tuned-
-
Step 2
stretching gets one intouch with how they are tension wise - after stretching, you want to start recouping your energy blown off or accumulated at work - remember two to three pushups or situps per exhale - and when you hit the road try running at that clip for several minutes, sprint for a while and reduce to that homoestatiss- that you work out longer over time will come naturally;
-
Step 3
remember to take a few minutes to cool down and stretch. Walk the last 10% of your trip - heck if you are so disappointed with how far you went try to imagine you should at least have gone one hour hey even if you walk the last half an hour you are getting there!
-
Step 4
Lift weights when your done; its cardio

on 5/4/2009 you on the bottle? Try the water bottle loser - I'm not really that interested in a comment about cardio pursuant to style and form - try writing a few dozen articles and understand that as a part-time gig it is pretty easy to get caught up with content and deadlines rather than appealing to weirdos like yourself with journalistic requirements for print et al modes of media - wait was that above your vocabulary? Probably - don't post another comment here or I'll continue to embarass you loser hea haa haa
