Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp. aspartame artificial sweetener
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 8.5 ounce can pineapple chunks in no-sugar-added juice, drained
- Saucepan

Step 1
Combine water, ketchup, white vinegar and soy sauce and mix well. Stir in pineapple chunks.

Step 2
Sprinkle in cornstarch while stirring.

Cook while stirring over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Continue cooking and stirring for 2 more minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in aspartame artificial sweetener.
