Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Extra virgin coconut oil
  1. Step 1

Apply extra virgin coconut oil on your face once or twice a day, as you would any face cream. Do not limit the use to your face. Apply it in generous amounts over your entire body. Coconut oil aids in removing the outer layer of dead skin cells, making the skin's upper dermis healthier, smoother and more capable of generating new, healthy skin cells. Over time, your skin will begin to appear more evenly textured, with a healthy glow.

  2. Step 2

Ingest coconut oil. If you have digestive or other health concerns, begin by taking 1 or 2 tsps. of coconut oil daily. Mix it with your food and drinks.

  3. Step 3

Increase consumption to 1 or 2 tbsp. daily, mixed with your food and drinks.

Tips & Warnings
  • After opening a jar of extra virgin coconut oil, store in the refrigerator and use within two months approximately.
  • Keep away from sunlight.
