Today, there are many people that are faced with having to be a primary care giver to a family member, whether it is a child, parent, spouse or friend. America's primary care givers are mostly friends, family and neighbors that provide significant levels of care to people that need help to live an independent life in their own homes. Being a good primary care giver can be a trying experience unless you take some additional steps to make the job easier on you physically and emotionally.

You will need to decide if this is something that you can handle while caring for her or if it may require more than you can give.
