Step 1
Choose sheets that have a good amount of stretch in them. Sheets with lower thread counts and polyester blends have less wrinkles. Jersey knit sheets (or T-shirt sheets) stretch the most, which means hardly any wrinkles.

Wash sheets alone or with a similar weight of fabric. This helps prevent bunching as they wash.

Dry sheets without overloading the dryer. If possible, dry them alone. This prevents twisting and eliminates the chance of socks or other small items getting caught in the sheet.

Step 4
Use the low-heat setting on the dryer. Remove the sheets before they are completely dry and wrinkles have set in.

Step 5
Fold sheets as soon as you remove them from the dryer, pressing down and smoothing them as you fold.
