Use G-Jo acupressure as a natural alternative for healing and pain relief. It is safe with few side effects and usually works instantly whereas aspirin and other over-the-counter medication can be abused and may have dangerous side effects.

Study the G-Jo points. There are almost 200 of these pin-head sized spots that are associated with specific areas or functions of the body. The ailing area or function is treated by stimulating the related G-Jo point in a particular way.

Examine the use of multiple G-Jo points. There may be as many as 20 points for a particular ailment, although there are usually only one or two optimum points that cause prompt pain relief and stimulate self-healing.

Stimulate the desired G-Jo point. This can require deep probing with as much as 20 pounds of pressure using a thumb tip, bent knuckle or eraser end of a pencil. The G-Jo point will feel like a toothache or pinched nerve when properly stimulated.
