Step 1
The first step of recognizing the interview process and its importance, especially for those interviewing for the first time often involves recognizing what the process entails as an evaluative one.
-
Step 2
The quarters of an interview process, ultimately, speak to what is expected of an emplyee on a daily basis in their first job and such an attitude which got one their first job in life at that point or will get them their next professional opportunity, is of equal parts enthusiasm and expectation that one can perform their responsibilities effectively, routinely and without supervision, indefinitely-

Step 3
The expectation or understanding of such an expectation, then, simply put, is approximately 66% or 2/3rds of the interview process; the other third is expressing a thoroughness with regard to questions being asked and how well one allows the employer to get to know them well enough such that a transition to the work begins fluidly at worst; any reservations exhibited in terms of sharing details about one's character or previous experience demonstrates a certain resistance of character which may or may not make one the best character for the job interviewed for;

Step 4
the interview process while ultimately bound by expectations also defers to one's ability to exhibit the core competencies such as attentiveness to both what is heard and what needs further clarification sub- stantiating one's dependability to the interviewer.
